Experiencia fantástica: Very clean and helpful while adhering to social distancing! Being 71 im not so prone to flexing for the mirror in a gym! Thats what i enjoy most, this isnt the gym where people hang out and pretend work out while they snap selfies in the mirror! Or at least mot yet!!

Jaime’s positive attitude toward health and fitness carries over into all aspects of your life when training with her. She constantly challenges you by keeping your workouts exciting, energetic and motivational. She is continually reminding you to combine your diet with your work out, and to make good choices at meal time. Often asking you, "What’s for dinner?"
