Experiencia fantástica: Super happy to have visited the Yoga Loft. I used my classes at both locations and got amazing stretches and also fitness classes at the same time. The instructors were very welcoming to a beginner and made modifications to assist in the class. I will continue to recommend to anyone I meet!

Experiencia fantástica: Black Lotus Loft is a clean , friendly, and well-rounded yoga studio. Their staff teaches all different yoga styles and all do it amazingly! They are involved in lake worth community and truly embody the yoga-mentality!

Experiencia fantástica: After finding the gym downstairs, I learned this studio is operated by the same great team as the kickboxing studio. Because of my great experiences with the kickboxing classes, I decided to give the community yoga class a shot. The concept behind community yoga is that anyone can come and make a donation. And unlike standard classes, the donation is the only requirement- no fixed prices. I think it’s a beautiful concept to encourage anyone and everyone to attend a yoga session, which often can be cost prohibitive. The attitude of encouraging community and family involvement is one of many reasons I gave black lotus five stars.

Experiencia fantástica: It’s been hard for me to find a yoga studio that’s challenging, knowledgeable an helps you grow in the practice. Black Lotus Yoga Loft has amazing teachers and a very calming relaxed environment. I am out of practice and very rusty but they took time to help everyone at every level have the right form etc. I will definitely be back and recommend them to anyone at any level ‍♀️
