Experiencia fantástica: My son trains Muay thai here, they have programs for children from 5 years old till adults. It is amazing how my son has improved his balance and self-esteem, the coaches, Nina and Jose are excellent at teaching their art and have a lot of patience, with kids. It is very comforting to see the dedication They put into their students. Black Lotus Gym also has different schedules for all ages and different training programs. I am very happy with this place. Experiencia fantástica: Found this hidden gem when looking to try kickboxing. I immediately noticed the kids kickboxing program. I’ve had my kid in karate, tae kwon do, and capoeira in the past so I figured why not let him try kickboxing. As soon as he started, he found fun and nurturing coaches (and friends) in Coach Jose and Coach Nina. And because the pricing was so reasonable, he started coming four days a week. His dedication is partly related to the sport but mostly related to the style and loving nature of the instruction he receives. He was promoted to the level 2/muay thai class and has seen rapid improvement in his skills. I could not be more pleased with the experience he is having and I am having with this gym.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent workout with a great atmosphere. Community of friendly people who took me in on my first day and even invited me to their annual party. Was looking for something to finally get me off the couch and active again and I couldn't have found a better workout for cardio, endurance and weightloss that makes me feel like I fit right in. They also train competitively in the night classes for people looking for a more specialist/refined approach or preparing for competition. Jose is a great, hospitable and patient teacher. Highly recommend both the kickboxing and Muay Thai sessions. There is also a Yoga training center on the 2nd floor!

I’m not big on “group” gyms or classes but this place gave me a new perspective. They are extremely helpful in accomplishing whatever goals you have. I’m never afraid to ask questions. The coaches are cool, the people are cool, and 6am is perfect for me. HIIT classes, kickboxing, Muay Thai and times that work with all schedules. Perfect place for your New Year’s resolutions and to get in the best shape of your life.
