Experiencia fantástica: Personal touch Pilates is the perfect name for this Studio! Sandie the owner/operator knows exactly what everyone that walks through the door needs. Personally I needed “Pilates rehabilitation” from an accident. I was hurting myself at the gym trying to heal. Instead I made it worse. I am better, stronger and doing things I never imagined would be possible!! You will never find a better atmosphere anywhere either. Both relaxing and productive.

The atmosphere is fun and easygoing. Sandie really made me feel comfortable and eased any anxiety I had about starting Pilates. I look forward to continue working with her and building my strength. Sandie was kind enough to fit me in with her regulars and work with me, even knowing I would not become a full time client as a local. Experiencia fantástica: Sandie has saved my life. I have had severe back pain to the point of not being able to do simple things such as walk. I was on pain medicine 3x a day just to function. I was close to being destine to a wheel chair and I decided to go find a personal trainer. This is how I found Sandie. Here at Personal Touch Pilates owner/instructor Sandie Hendrix looks at each person in that way. I myself was injured and went through physical Therapy for a shorter than expected time with Sandie.
