Experiencia fantástica: An F45 and essentially gym newbie, it’s been surprising how much I enjoy the workouts. The gym is spacious and clean and with its high ceilings you never feel constructed. The instructors are friendly and constantly moving around coaching, encouraging, and helping one improve their form. After forty-five minutes (well, many times after just the warmups) the body feels broken down in a good way. My creaky aching back hurts a lot less now and I can notice myself getting stronger after just a couple weeks. Slightly intimidating at the beginning with the speed and variety of moves but everyone is willing to help and you get up to speed quickly.

I initially started off as a trail because I struggle to find my fit with different gyms and classes but this has been exactly what I was looking for this entire time. You have others from all different fitness levels coming together to work toward their own fitness goals together. Super positive and judge free environment that I have grown to love! The classes go by so fast with an average of 650 calories burned in 45 minutes. Each day is new and exciting, with the circuit based HIIT workout. Highly recommend!!

They’re constantly assessing you to make sure your form is correct. I highly recommend this location if you’re looking for a gym with group classes.
