Experiencia fantástica: I've only attended 3 classes so far, but everyone is super helpful! I am a lefty so the instructors take their time and make sure to help me with reversing the moves...even the trainers who aren't teaching the class that I am attending jump in and help me. I really enjoyed the classes I was able to take. I hurt my knee, but can't wait to get back real soon! My daughter has been doing personal training lessons with Demarcus, who has been nothing but amazing with her! She loves it! He's been very accommodating with scheduling her for after school gets out in the afternoons and I think that's awesome. I honestly can't say enough great things about this place! Fun and intense workouts that leave you feeling super accomplished. I've been very impressed and I can't wait to get back to it after my knee is better!

Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely love this gym! It’s not your typical gym. Group classes keep me challenged and they are different each day. They go by so fast to where I don’t even feel like I’ve been working out. But those calories burned on the monitor at the end of the class tell me otherwise. I highly recommend to everyone!! I have become so much healthier in the past few months and you will be too.
