We work out regularly and utilize the training staff as well. The owner is the most approachable guy I know. Great job guys

Experiencia fantástica: My wife and I workout here. Its not your huge chain gym with 1000 people in it, and theres no massage chairs and tanning beds. It's all weights and machines, exactly what you need. And thats why we love it. Clean and not too busy. Great location for us in Downtown Winter Haven.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a consultation on Sat to meet Chris and get some info on the boot camp. OMG I was only able to do 30 minutes of Bootcamp due to another appointment and was kind of glad because I think I might would have needed some oxygen, but it was great!! It was fun and Chris teaches you the proper form. I'm very impress with the Boot Camp. If you are looking for some intense, fun and productive training I would recommend that you contact Chris. I felt it in my thighs on Monday so I'm now motivated to get up on Sat morning and go " Snatch my Sexy back!!"
