Experiencia fantástica: I love this place! I've been going for over 3 weeks now and the workouts are amazing. I leave with all muscle groups exhausted and shaking and can feel the results for the rest of the day. This is such a great core workout and my body thanks me. I have been active all of my life, from doing triathalons to SUP, yoga, weights, cross fit, body pump and these workout are much kinder on my body than other weight bearing exercises. Because everything is done slowly, you have to focus on the muscle groups intended to work, instead of using momentum to get the job done. I highly recommend Pilates Plus! I can't wait for summer to show off my improved body!
