Experiencia fantástica: Highly recommended to come here. My personal trainer coach cota has helped me a lot trying to loose weight, so i could get ready to join the military. He will work with you one on one until you reach your goal, i started 2 months ago, i was at 215lbs and now im down 200lbs. I feel so much better about myself. It feels great getting back into shape. My stamina and cardio has got alot better then when i started thanks to coach cota.

I am 45 years old and have been working out in all forms since I was young- I was in need of a boost in my fitness and this was THE answer!!! I’ve lost weight, have more muscle definition and my energy is through the roof!! I’m on week 7 and I’m hooked- The EMS Suit was the exact life change I needed and I am now a lifetime member!!! Experiencia fantástica: It was a little difficult to spot the facility because it was in all the way in a corner, plus it’s On a one way N Bristol St. Surprisingly, it’s a small place but with a full package. The place has a lot of high quality equipments, plus TRX! My go to equipments are squad rack, legs press, and cables machine; they have them! So that’s a Plus plus for me! They also have a INFRARED SAUNA, which I never heard of it and certainly did not know the special benefits of it but now I do! I go there pretty often! Anything for Beauty/ Health you know! the only thing is that, it’s an additional charge for the sauna. It’s worth it though. They also have two shower stands, love to shower there, COMPLIMENTARY towels! Ha! Place is clean, great staff. I love being there. 5 stars rating for sure! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Experiencia fantástica: Great gym with plenty of parking. The infrared sauna there is something that I didn’t know I needed but now cannot live without. There’s a good mix of equipment: cardio machines, squat rack, cable machine, free weights, and TRX. They offer classes and personal training. Everyone there, including staff and members, has been very friendly. They do a good job sanitizing and cleaning and all the equipment is new and in great shape. I look forward to my workouts there and highly recommended!

Experiencia fantástica: Beautiful center and even more impressive is the inside of this gym. It has something of everything ranging from heavy weights to bands. I also am in love with the infrared saunas. It's so awesome that you can use electronics in there while sweating it out. Great work on the build out of this facility and can't wait to come again for a class.
