This is coming from a former Marine, rugby player, crossfitter, swimmer, powerlifter, and long distance runner at different times in my life. Seriously, this dude is so ethical, positive, knowledgeable, empathetic, and hard-working.

As a Chiropractor I love that they keep it fresh by daily changing up the routine, giving you a unique full-body and core workout that doesn't overstress your joints. Matt and the gang are great at encouraging and helping people all the way through especially those who are new to the program. I recommend my patients try 9Round all the time.

Its wrong to have so much fun while the exercises are kicking my b**t. I highly recommend this place with anyone struggling with finding the time (you pick the time for your class) and getting motivated.

Experiencia fantástica: As advertised. No class times, always a trainer on hand to guide you through the workout and keep you motivated. You are done with a great workout in about 30 minutes and the trainers are total professionals.

Experiencia fantástica: I love 9Round! I like that the workouts are guided by a trainer, but I’m not confined to set class times. It gives me the flexibility to fit kickboxing into my busy schedule, while still being an intense enough 30 minutes to build my strength and endurance. The environment is welcoming, and the staff are friendly and know everyone by name.
