Experiencia fantástica: The staff is awesome and friendly, equipment is quality as well. Well-kept and clean and the sauna is amazing. Haven't taken a class but they have a wide variety. Waiting for equipment isn't a long time. Usually the equipment is open. Awesome facility.

Experiencia fantástica: I enjoy taking the group yoga classes here. The instructors and other attendees are very welcoming to all levels of experience. The schedule and booking feature available through the app is a huge perk. I don't use the equipment in the main area, but from what I can tell there are plenty of machines to share. Lots of treadmills and open space on the second floor.

Experiencia fantástica: It is a great place but steam room is not on 80% of times. It is the only reason I come here. And, whenever I call to check to ask if steam room is on answer is right away yes, which was not true most of the times. several times wasted my time driving and finding out steam room is actually off. Would be great if you could actually check it and tell the truth. Thank you to the owners. They really care about the customers and their business. As I said earlier it is a great place, and looks like steam room is up and running again.

Update: The original review was from when I visited a few times, but afterwards I got a membership. Still a big fan. Very good pricing, staff is still amazing, and the daycare is awesome. The daycare staff are great with kids and it is extremely convenient.

This gym has everything and room to do it all comfortably. The price is high but that's not a problem if your budget is strong.

I use the pool exclusively and I’m very happy with it. Temperatures are normally good and the showers are satisfactory. Would certainly recommend this to anyone. Gene Lehman

Experiencia fantástica: I visited Parkwest to check it out and they let me do a trial workout without any fuss. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming and they have a LOT of equipment. 2 floors of equipment. Machines to target every conceivable muscle group. There is a locker room, but you have to bring your own locks. There are lockers with combination locks, but I couldn't find one that was open. There's also an indoor swimming pool that I did not use, but it looked good. Thanks ParkWest.

Experiencia fantástica: I am so thankful for Parkwest fitness! I have been a part of this fantastic gym for a few years and I just love it. I have never liked going to a gym and always preferred working out at home. When I started weight lifting 3 years ago, I knew I had to do in a gym because I didn't have the necessary equipment. I tried about many gyms before settling on Parkwest and I am so glad I did. They have all the things I need for weight training along with great cardio machines and any kind of class you may want. The owners, Steve and Rachel Shook are friendly and accommodating. The rest of the staff are always cheerful and helpful. I love the fact that it just feels warm and homey in there and not sterile like some gyms feel to me. It truly has everything I need and want in a gym!

Experiencia fantástica: Great gym. As a powerlifter they have everything I need as far as lifting equipment and machines. I love that they have 6 squat racks so I never need to wait to get started. Overall very clean facility and staff is friendly.

Experiencia fantástica: Kyle Weaver is by far the best, most knowledgeable, caring, motivated personal trainer that I have had the pleasure of working with! He is also a tremendous help working with injury's from long ago that I had given up on. I just cant thank Kyle enough for the help that he has given me personally. Looks like that B.S. degree from Purdue University is paying dividends. Kudo's to Parkwest for building such a high quality team & culture. Thank You

Experiencia fantástica: I loved going to Parkwest. They have friendly staff and great trainers. I loved the upstairs area, especially after they rearranged it all. Sadly, I am moving to Indy this month and wont be able to go anymore. Also, the contracts were so straight forward, no hidden fees, and no cancellation fees. I am going to miss Parkwest!!

Experiencia fantástica: By far the best gym especially on the west side. Located right in Purdue Research Park. Has an indoor pool, sauna, hot tub, steam room, cycle Fitness, classes, child care and more. Positive and encouraging.

Experiencia fantástica: Super friendly and genuinely caring staff. Nice Suana too. I love coming here. Everything is awesome. Made lot of friends through the volleyball meetup. Small requests would be - It would be awesome to have curtains to block out the sun in the volleyball court - fix the second water spout in the volleyball court ( Sorry if this has been fixed in the past but broken by the kids who play or by the impact of the heavy basketballs!) - Extra exhaust/ventilation (natural or otherwise) in swimming pool area to keep the air light :)

Experiencia fantástica: Parkwest Fitness is a great facility with helpful, friendly staff! They offer so many versatile classes and special events. For the past year, I have participated in several FIT Lab Personal Training challenges, as well as one-on-one personal training sessions. I highly recommend anyone interested in personal training to talk with the FIT Lab Director for a consultation. All of the personal trainers are professional, very knowledgeable, and passionate about helping their clients accomplish their fitness goals.

Experiencia fantástica: As a member of the club, I would recommend them to others. Very friendly and helpful staff. The building and grounds are well kept and clean. There are Classes for those who wish to learn new things. There is a decent tanning bed (stand up) available. There is good quality child care avaiable (we have 4 kids). A pool, a hot tub, a sauna and steam room also offer a bit extra. Or if you prefer there is raquetball, volleyball or basketball all indoors so weather doesn't play a factor.

Unlike the old owners who didn't want to make investments in the gym. Customer service is very good here as well. I'm always greeted with a smile when I come in on my way out.
