Experiencia fantástica: Can't say enough great things about Lamorinda CrossFit. I've been active my entire life but felt my workout routine was getting a bit boring. Two years ago, I found LCF. As a competitive individual, I like the format of LCF classes and the fact that each workout has a measurable outcome so I can track my progress. I enjoy having coaches who genuinely care about me and push me harder than I was used to pushing myself. I've found improvements come in many different forms and in ways you least expect. Working out with friends in a supportive community is just a bonus. For anyone living in the East Bay or visiting the area, I highly recommend checking out LCF. It's a special place!

The coaches genuinely care about your goals, and will do whatever they can to help you achieve them. The work outs are difficult, but everything is scaleable for each individual and their skill level.

Experiencia fantástica: Visited a while ago over Christmas. Friendliest group I've ever come across. Invited me to everything. Taught me how to snatch and rope climb! Knowledgeable coaches that are dedicated and extremely kind!!! I'd join if I lived there!!!
