Experiencia fantástica: Fit4Mom has been a game changer for me. The workouts are amazing and the fact that I get to bring the kids along is a plus. The workouts aren’t the only benefit of Fit4Mom the community you get to be a part of is wonderful. This has been one of the best ways to make new friends who are in the same stages of life. I could not recommend Fit4Mom Omaha Southwest more!

Experiencia fantástica: Fit4Mom is positively amazing! After having kids, I hadn't been able to get into a regular fitness routine. Then I found Fit4Mom, which makes it possible to work out with your littles. The instructors put a lot of effort into making classes fun and accessible. Classes are challenging while including modifications for all fitness levels. Having other moms as your workout buddies is awesome. The classes are so good for my physical AND mental health! Very grateful to have Fit4Mom in my life.

Experiencia fantástica: Fit4moms southwest has been the best discovery while being a stay at home mom! I love the workouts especially the fact that I can bring my toddler along with me. It’s a great place to meet other moms and kids in a safe, but fun environment. Now that I’m pregnant, I’m grateful for instructors that tailor the workouts to what I can do! Not only are the classes fun, but there is extra play dates and craft times as well!

Not only do you get a great work out in, you also make friends who are at the same point of life as you. The owner Marcia is attentive and comes up with so many different exercises to keep your body guessing what is next and is always engaged and encouraging. I could not recommend this business more!
