I highly recommend giving Jazzercise a try and you don't have to be a "good dancer!" Jazzercise is easy to follow and by the end of class you will feel amazing!

This studio offer lots of different workout class options and a good variety of fitness class formats. You will be motivated by the certified instructors who are very friendly and caring, and you will make lots of great friends through the camaraderie of this supportive fitness community.

Experiencia fantástica: New centralized location in downtown Ralston is so convenient. I can get in a great workout before or after work and still have family time. The staff and students are all so welcoming and motivated, You have fun while you sweat and workout.

Experiencia fantástica: I love starting my weekdays with the 5:30 am class! It may seem early when you first start out but before long it will be easy to make working out a priority. If you aren't awake when you walk in the door, I promise by the 2nd song you will be! The music is fun and current The choreography will energize you and get your brain working too! Come give it a try! You will be glad you did!

Experiencia fantástica: I love Jazzercize!! I like the fact that the workouts vary from cardio, strength, or a mix of each. The instructors are very friendly and they take time to make all feel welcomed. The facility at Park Drive is clean, and has an open feeling. The fellow patrons can become like family. It is the only exercise program that I have stayed with, because it is more fun than work. The music is uplifting and focusing on the steps make a me use my brain! I just like it!!
