Experiencia fantástica: I started working out with Fit Societe several years ago and could not be happier. The coaches are fabulous and the classes are small. I feel like I get personal coaching every week. And they motivate me to push harder while still making the workouts fun. I could not ask for more. I'm especially grateful for Scott who heads the program. He's one of the best coaches I've ever worked out with, always providing that next-level feedback to keep me progressing. Could not recommend them more highly!

There are multiple benefits to my physical body, my emotional and mental health, as well as gaining confidence in doing hard things. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely want to help you do your best. Every workout is planned and there’s always a great balance of cardio and strength. The La Mesa facility is beautiful, clean, and has everything you need to meet your fitness goals. It’s such a wonderful, encouraging community to be a part of.

Experiencia fantástica: I started in July 2019 after doing no exercise for more than 2 years. I wanted a place that I could build strength and keep it in a environment where the focus was on fitness with good form so I can go though my 50's and beyond strong, fit, and mobile without injuries. I love this place! Being founded and run by Physical Therapists and having additional services from exceptional PT to outstanding therapeutic massage, and nutritionist this is your one stop place for total body strength and wellness for today and into the future. All of their coaches keep a tight eye on you and work with any limitations you may have to help you get to where you want to be. With their help and guidance I have lost 20 lbs since July, am stronger, like what I see in the mirror, and feel better than I have in years.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a member for almost 4 years. I started out coming in just one day a week, then slowly added in a second day. Now I try to make it 4-5 days per week. Every day is a new day - never the same old routine and that is my favorite part. Fit Societe is my home away from home! It’s a place I want to be every day! We have a great group in La Mesa!
