Experiencia fantástica: Coulee has an amazing atmosphere! I absolutely love how this gym is great for someone who is new to lifting, yet VERY suitable for an advanced lifter. The gym is clean and has awesome machines & free weights. As an advanced lifter, this is my favorite gym in the Lacrosse area. I moved out of the area and came back to visit and the new additions to the gym are user friendly and super useful. So so so happy!

Experiencia fantástica: Love going here. Been going now for almost a year consistently and the gym is always bringing in new stuff and updating. The seamless entry and 24hr is nice. It is very clean, well run, and is a great vibe. People here are nice and the staff is super friendly. Braedon has always been very helpful with questions and general workout advice as well. Very well versed. Highly recommend this gym over everything in the county.

Experiencia fantástica: Love this gym and this community. Everyone is down to earth with a love of fitness. The owner brings in great equipment, and he's accessible and open to feedback. Also, as a former teacher, I really encourage coaches and physical education teachers to consider this place for your student athletes. It's a positive and no nonsense environment that'll encourage the physical and social growth of young athletes. Highly recommend.

Experiencia positiva: I have been a member for 5 years and was there before Alex took ownership of this gym. He has made several updates including opening up the space to allow for more equipment; free weights and cardio machines. It is rare that you have to wait for the piece of equipment you want to use, and now with more options if your machine is busy, there are many options for you to go to. The owner is always looking for ways to improve and update this gym. Wi-Fi is always working as well as a variety of music playing for those who don't wear headphones. Diversity is quite apparent and everyone gets along...as we all have a common goal...to improve ourselves...wonderful atmosphere. Give this gym a try...you'll be glad you did.

Been going there for a few months now and I have met a lot of nice people. Owner is great and gets to know everyone. Its a great value and is way better than chain gyms that are around.

The gym is locally owned and the owner is very friendly and wants a close relationship with his customers. When there is a maintenance error, you can count on it being repaired swiftly. The community in the gym is very welcoming and inviting. I have little to no complaints. I would recommend this gym to anyone in the surrounding area.

Experiencia fantástica: Love this gym, plenty of equipment including deadlift platforms and a bar jack. There’s enough space that it never feels too crowded. Other members are friendly and the owner is very professional/at the gym frequently for any questions and keeping the building clean. A great gym environment!

Experiencia fantástica: This establishment is wonderful! I came as a guest with a member and it was a pleasant experience. The gym was quite tidy, sparkling clean, and had all of the equipment I could've asked for. My only suggestion would be to provide toiletries for using the shower. Not much, just some shampoo and body wash would've been nice. I should've brought my own, I guess, and that's not a big deal..

Experiencia fantástica: As an avid gym- goer, NASM CPT, and competitive physique athelete, I have found myself a second home at Coulee Fitness. Staff is wonderful, equipment is great with additions being made when possible, and the environment is second to none. No brainer if you live close by and definitely worth driving to from la crosse or elsewhere nearby even though there are other options!

I love that it’s owned by a community member and it’s not run by a Corporation or franchise.

Alex is an awesome owner who's quick to address issues if there ever are any. He's personable and has worked to create a great environment for working out. This environment is full of people serious about working out and that has pushed me to improve and push myself. Cannot recommend it enough!

From the owner, to the regulars, to everyone in between, the atmosphere is always positive and striving for self improvement. From the recent remodeling and new equipment coming through the door regularly, the gym upholds it's spacious layout of weights/floor space/equipment - no one is crammed even when busy. The pricing at Coulee Fitness is extremely reasonable and by far the the best bang for your buck in the area. You are more than just a number and a payment for the people here, and I would recommend this gym to anyone! The mix of males and females, older to younger, anyone and everyone can fit in at this gym, I look forward to coming every time!

Experiencia fantástica: In my never-ending (although often paused) quest for fitness, I've tried a lot of gyms. CRF is absolutely one of my favorites! The layout is such that I can always get a great workout in without feeling like I'm going to bump sweaty elbows with a fellow exerciser. They have all the good standard equipment, like free weights, cardio machines, and cable sets, along with some fun stuff like a dedicated pull-up station, battle ropes, and a punching bag and gloves that are amazing for those days when you just want to hit something! The bathroom and shower facilities are clean and well-maintained and make getting ready at the gym as easy as it can be when one is wearing shower sandals. One of the BEST features, though, is their training staff. Working out with Aubrey/Courageous Grace has made a HUGE difference in my fitness level and confidence. She's one of few people I look forward to talking to at o'dark-thirty, and I LOVE the variety she brings to our training sessions. She's always giving me great ideas and feedback about how to supplement our sessions with my own workouts and never, ever makes me feel obligated to sign up for more or spend money on anything extra. Nothing but support and knowledge and really positive energy, just like you get from CRF owners Alex and Jean! I truly can't recommend Aubrey or CRF enough.

Experiencia fantástica: New owners have done a great job cleaning up the gym and making steady improvements. The equipment isn't the nicest or newest but it's everything you need, it's never crowded, and the price makes it a great deal.
