Experiencia fantástica: Kunas best kept secret. Never busy. Lots of equipment and open anytime. Free weights up to 100 pounds and lots of space to do any kind of work out.

Experiencia positiva: Underground is a good gym. It's sort of bare bones, free weight centered place with limited machines. Which is a good thing but also has it's negatives as well. They have a good amount of space so you don't feel crowded by others on the gym. They have punching bags, a weighted sled and a few cardio machines as well for your performance/cardio work. I think a few more good weight machines would be a good addition to the gym, but overall I have enjoyed working out there.

Experiencia fantástica: Very nice equipment, never short a barbell, bench, or weight that I need. The management and staff are extremely friendly and welcoming - even brought me my wallet at work when I accidentally left it there! The atmosphere is relaxed and the pricing is very fair; no contracts or annual “price retention” fees you see at other gyms. Never switching gyms for as long as I’m living in the area. 3 years update: i moved away from Kuna. Miss this gym dearly. Wanna buy a house near it just to continue going. No gym like it. Everyone seems cool that goes there.

Experiencia fantástica: Great place to workout! It’s nice and secluded and almost always never more than 4 or 5 people there at a time. Highly recommend this place if you like to power lift!

Experiencia fantástica: I was visiting family for a few days and needed a place to escape and to train. This place is great. Super simple but that's exactly what you need. If your gym has more treadmills and weird machines than you're really not going to get the gains you're looking for. The staff were super friendly. There were two things that are minor that I wished they had. An Ohio power bar and a Texas deadlift bar, and maybe some old school iron plates. Oh and some 2.5 lb plates just so I can hit the exact numbers my program called for. Those are just minor things and definitely not deal breakers. Check this place out. They are awesome.

Experiencia fantástica: It's like a mix between a crossfit box and a big chain gym. They have bumper plates for when I want to hit a WOD but also have the right machines to hit those target muscles. The equipment is top of the line. The owners are friendly and provide a clean facility with great music. I always walk out satisfied. No contracts and fair pricing.

Experiencia fantástica: Working out at The Underground Fit Club just feels right. I love the indoor/outdoor environment. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the equipment is top of the line. There’s also something for everyone, no matter what your personal workout style is. Lastly... I love the fact I didn’t have to come up with an arm and a leg to sign up. NO START UP FEES! This gym is Awesome! I definitely recommend it to everyone!

Whats most appealing to me is the gym being built, owned, and ran by locals. Its nice to have an original gym in town, im not fond of the sweat shop gyms that are all over the valley. Great owners, great people, and good times at Underground Fit Club.
