Experiencia positiva: Great gym but poor lighting. My grandpa comes with me and sometimes it's hard for him to see. Also a lot of times the equipment is a little rusted so it's really hard to adjust the seat/position.

Experiencia fantástica: Been going here for years. It's only gotten better over time. Plenty of space for your workout. They have a lot of free weights so your not waiting while it's busy. They have also added new benches and just got new cycle's. Awesome place to get your workout on!

Experiencia fantástica: One More Gym is the gym that replaced Club Fitness 24. The important part of that statement is where the word gym replaced club fitness, because this place now displays an actual strength, cardio, and positive lifestyle facility. This might upset some of you, especially since there are no pizza or doughnut parties here, but you will be able to find a ton of helpful, experienced, and positive people. Before I go any further into this gym, I would like to point out that almost all of the 1 star reviews posted before 10/18/2017 are either fake accounts or friends of one of the old fitness class instructors that was relieved of her duties. If you would like to read a real review, continue reading. Now, with that being on the table, lets move on to the actual gym aspect of this review. Before the take over from the new owners, machines were often broken, benches were falling apart, treadmills would often get unplugged rather than fixed, and the facility was dirty. Then, the new owners, Brian and Haley, bought the gym. They immediately began cleaning the gym up by repairing broken machines, cables, and weights. They also started replacing all of the upholstery on benches, seats, and roll bars. The walls and fixtures have since been repainted, the floors carpeted, the floor layout changed a few times to allow better workout flows, and the gym is getting cleaned constantly. There has been a complete 180 degree change from when this gym was originally acquired and that doesn't even include access to protein shakes, pre-workout, aminos, and other health items that the gym didn't offer before. The owners have been actively putting money into the gym via equipment by recently adding new dead-lift stations and bars, new bench bars, new mirrors, and soon there will be new treadmills/powermills and bench presses. The gym also managed to revamp the class schedule, begin cycling classes, and still offers personal training. Finally, the owners. Brian and Haley took over the gym, changed the name, and put a lot of time and effort into what it is now. I know Brian and Haley fairly well and from the moment they began thinking about buying the gym, they wanted nothing more than to provide a high quality gym for those around. Both individuals are genuinely honest, hardworking, and dedicated people both inside and outside of the gym. If you are interested in getting a gym membership somewhere in town, this is the place to go. There is a ton of equipment including benches, cardio(treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, ropes, etc), barbells, dumbbells, class equipment, functional style equipment(rings, jungle gym style rack, etc), and some unique pieces of equipment. Essentially, if you are looking for something, this place probably has it. Simply put, all walks of fitness can use this facility without issue. This gym is also home to a lot of athletes who compete in physique, bodybuilding, strongman, and power-lifting.
