Experiencia fantástica: Great facility! I love the indoor Pools. The 3/4 Olympic is great for laps, and the 1/3 Olympic is an extra warm therapy pool. Wonderful classes too. Then enjoy the separate male & female Sauna, Whirlpool, and steam rooms too.

Always feel welcome and it is laid back and easy to go and come through out The building. Glad to be a member and enjoy getting healthier

Experiencia fantástica: Best gym I have ever belonged to. Rock climbing wall, multiple pools, full basketball court, an exercise class for everything, and all the gym equipment anyone would ever need. I've belonged to other gyms but none have ever compared to Tennova.

Experiencia fantástica: Love it. Very clean, friendly staff lots to do there. Probably the best fitness facility’s in Knoxville. Full sized basketball court, heated therapy pool, large lap pool, racquetball court, family Friday’s, buddy passes. Only draw back is not 24 hour. 5am-10 pm.

Experiencia fantástica: My daughters love the childcare ladies and my oldest is picky about who she's left with. I wish it had more to do in the elliptical room. That's where I spend most my time.

Experiencia fantástica: My son had his birthday party at this location. He had a pool party. All the workers were friendly and helpful. The pool is very nice and warm. The locker rooms are huge. They have a station to wash your swim suits. The hot tub in the locker room is also good sized. It was a great experience

Experiencia fantástica: I went to a pool party here, so I didn't see the whole place, but what I did see was great. There were lifeguards on duty. There are hot tubs, saunas, and steam rooms in the locker rooms. There were also curtains for changing in privacy, showers, blow dryers for hair, etc. I saw what appeared to be a track overlooking the large pool. I believe that there was exercise equipment upstairs as well.

Experiencia fantástica: Just wish there were more for young kids to do other than just swim, like scheduled activities or events. We love the community activities like Halloween in field,christmas with santa , looking forward to Easter egg hunt . The kids love the child care.

Experiencia fantástica: The best gym I have ever had a membership to. I recommend this gym to everyone because it truly is a amazing gym. From personal experience with other gyms and our workout area for football and wrestling this is truly the ultimate experience for anyone out there does not matter what your goal is they have the equipment/knowledge/staff to help you achieve it in such a amazing manner it can not be beat. Sorry for such a long review. This mourning I went and partook in a class and I feel like since they provided such great services and equipment it would only be fair if I could review this place and let others know how great it is. -Sorry my cons kinda turn into pros a little bit Pros + Lockers to store your items also I have never had a problem with someone taking my stuff. This is one of the gyms where mostly people that respeact each other stuff and are hard working people go to. Kinda think of it as you pay for what you get. In comparison to planet fitness you would have to guard your stuff but many people leave there stuff in lockers or sometimes when they run they set their keys and phones down with trust in other people around which is very nice to have that type of trust but you can never be to safe. + Wide variety of equipment and NEW for all ages and strength levels to use -Cardio machines in all variety even a stair climber -Free weight benches to Smithson presses -Studio with much more equipment I can't even list with how much they have in there -Isolated presses for shoulders and chest - Much more equipment doesn't matter what type of wieght lifter you are or if your in therapy you will love the variety. + Amazing Classes that are challenging + Classes are everyday throughout the entire day so does not matter when you work you can find a good class to partake in + Swimming Pool,Indoor and Outdoor track, Rock Wall, Spa,sauna, steam room and a full basketball court with side goals + Clean and very well presentable + Great community of people go here. Especially the people who go in the mourning are very kind people. + Great and presentable staff with knowledge relating to working out, health and therapy. + You can have parties here for you kids + People usually clean after themselves and re-rakes weights in order.(but you still have some of "those " people every so often) + Family friendly (What I mean by this is you have nice people and Usaully no foul language + no odd ball people like at planet fitness) Cons -Not 24/7 :( so you midnight ifters are gonna wait til mourning or figure somthing out. its still worth it -There are only two flat benches w/ rack so sometimes when it is busy it might take a bit to grab one but its ok because they have 6 other flat benches just not with the rack + they have angled benches as well -Compared to planet fitness/YMCA/Work out anytime it is pricey but in my opinion all the pros prove why it is. I pay 36 dollars and I am 18 w/ student discount. I think for a adult its about 40-mid 40s. -Night crowd is ok. There usually not as friendly as mourning crowd and wont make much convo but there are some that are. - Outdoor track is a decent track sometimes covered in poo from geese and it unleveled track but I do not use it much.

Experiencia fantástica: I love the Y! The staff and trainers are always friendly and helpful. My kids love the Child Watch ladies and they are great at their job. The Garage is a unique feature to the Knoxville area YMCAs and their Ultimate Fit classes are always a challenge. Such a great place for busy families trying to stay healthy together.
