I've been all over the Tricities area and Johnson City area, even had a stint in California and nowhere gave me as much detail, as much attention, and as much progress as Donnie gave me in just a month. Months later and i've learned more in 6 months than i learned in years of other gyms. It's by far the best place in the area to learn Jiu-Jitsu. If you don't know it yet you will soon. The coach truly cares about his students and wants to see them succeed. And he charges far less than anywhere else in the area because he's not out to get rich he just wants to better his students and this area. Constantly bringing in world class instructors and athletes to give his students the best instruction possible. Couldn't ask for a better place to hone your BJJ skills in East Tennessee.
