Experiencia fantástica: Dropped into the box while traveling for work and couldn’t be happier with my experience. Great environment with showers and quality rogue equipment, in addition they had a large community where members were so inviting and friendly. I definitely plan on going back for the remainder of my time here in TN. The class was organized well with enough time for a well planned warm up in addition to strength and conditioning.

Experiencia fantástica: Top notch CrossFit training. I travel for work and was in the area for a little over a month. The trainers knew my situation and that I would be dropping in 2-3 times per week, but they still treated me with the same attention, interest, and guidance that I would expect as a normal full-time member. The ownership also worked with me to set-up a monthly membership. I was a huge fan of the Wednesday morning open sessions - it gave me the opportunity to work on skills outside the normal class schedule. Shout out to trainer Lauren Price for taking a specific interest one Wednesday - she inquired about what I was working on and took time out of her own training to work with me on getting my first bar muscle-up. I can't say enough good things about Manic - I hate to see my time with them come to a close, and I look forward to visiting the area again and dropping in.

Experiencia fantástica: Recently I was in Kingsport, TN visiting family and wanted to get a workout in while I was traveling. I dropped by CrossFit Manic, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! The owners, Brandon & Sarah, and their members were so welcoming, the quality of their equipment and rig setup were very impressive - I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I will definitely be back for another workout, the next time I'm in town!

Experiencia fantástica: This place is just my favorite!! I look forward to going in the evenings and on Saturdays. Great group of people and awesome atmosphere. The coaches are the best and so motivating. Love our box!
