Experiencia fantástica: Great place to workout, there's a lot of equipment, lots of space, group fitness classes, spin bikes, free weight area, lots of cardio equipment, and machines for isolation movements. Twenty four access makes it really convenient as well to workout during the non staffed hours. Gym is always clean and organized. You can also use all five locations if you are in Johnson City or Bristol.

Experiencia positiva: Small Female only gym. Has pool, hot tub, steam room, sauna. 2 workout areas and group fitness area. Very clean and well maintained! Good when you want some peace and escape from men!

Experiencia fantástica: In my opinion, this is the best place in Kingsport to work out. They have all the Nautilus equipment, and free weights as well. The staff is great, and the rates are reasonable.
