Experiencia fantástica: Amazing facility...brand new with high ceilings and lots of fresh air. The owner Craig has a big heart and really wants to help people get into the best shape they can be. Great atmosphere and interesting people to take classes with.

Experiencia fantástica: While on vacation, I was addicted to get my sweat on here at CrossFit Mile Zero. It had everything I was looking for: kick butt workouts, clean facility, Rogue equipment, knowledgable coaches, and a great sense of community. If you're in the area, I highly recommend CrossFit Mile Zero.

Experiencia fantástica: Dropped in while we were on Christmas vacation. Had a couple of great WODs to include a Nightmare before Christmas. Coaches were amazing made me feel right at home. Don't think about it just go!

Experiencia fantástica: I came to Mile Zero having just recovered from knee surgery. The coaches were very accommodating with helping me modify where I needed to. I slowly was able to build back my strength thanks to this gym. All the coaches learn everyone's name and classes become like family. Crossfit gyms can be intimidating but this gym is so friendly and welcoming. Great workouts and great people!

Folks were very welcoming— so much so that my husband commented, ‘the friendliest people we’ve met on our trip have been from CrossFit!’ They follow the Mayhem Affiliate programming so had a good combo of strength + conditioning. Gym is beautiful spacious, lots of equipment. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Afraid you won’t know what to do when you go? Afraid everyone will be staring at you? Worried you won’t be good at it? Let me start with this. Jeff and his staff are nothing short of amazing. When I walked in people said hello and Jeff pulled me into a private room to teach me the basics. He went through movements thoroughly and explained his process clearly. Jeff’s first goal is to make you feel comfortable and understand how to safely work out. He takes a lot of time to explain how to work out properly. While working out there are coaches that will keep their eyes on you to make sure you are working out with good form and have a full understanding of what you’re doing. I will be attending more often because of Jeff and his staff! Great job!

This is also a great CrossFit for adults, which is a good thing since it's the southernmost CrossFit in the continental US. Great atmosphere and people. I attended with my family for almost two years while living there. Check it out.

Gym has plenty of parking for members and drop ins,a wide variety of classes to choose from,clean bathrooms, place for belongings, and a warm up/cool down area. Experiencia fantástica: Dropped in very late for 19.4. Stephen was running the class. Set me up quickly and professionally so he could get back to the class. Then he stayed late to judge me and coached me through it. Greatly appreciate his professionalism, positivity and time. The location has a nice setup. It's small(I'm from OKC, our gyms can't be big enough haha), but the layout is well done. They have a marked run path out back, per the norm. Well stocked on gear and equipment. The class was all friendly and Stephen was very involved with them during it. 5 outta 5 baby!

The workout was well ran and explained. I highly recommend anyone who lives in the area or might be visiting to check this place out.

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome box! Jeff was super welcoming and a really down to earth guy; he's a testament to how personable and genuinely human CrossFit affiliate owners are. Vanessa led a great warmup, strength session and workout - it was a challenge and it was fun. I was just dropping in but my impression was that she's a pretty cool person and cared about what she was doing (didn't see her check her phone once). Big space, all the toys, and the temperature and humidity are under control, plus they make it very easy for visitors to drop in. Bottom line: if you're here for vacation, then find some time to drop in and have the workout you know that you have to have.
