Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely phenomenal Training facility I like to try out all the Top trendy gyms in my area and I heard about this one so it was only right I went to check it out. I'm so glad I did let's just start with the cleanliness of this place I give the sanitation 5/5 , it's Not the biggest gym in the triad but In my opinion it's the most TOP QUALITY over quantity they have all the right machines & equipment for any athlete whether Bodybuilding, Foot ball player or just anyone wanting to live a healthier lifestyle. Let's tap into the Wait time for equipment I stopped in around 9:40 and there was absolutely no wait on equipment and it wasn't over Crowded. I can honestly say this place made me feel like a pro bodybuilder while I was training but I probably look like SpongeBob this is a place for anyone that means business and are serious about their fitness goals hands down ! But no seriously if you haven't checked this gym out please go visit them the owner Ron is super cool , helpful and he will even apply your day pass to your membership, I'll definitely be coming back with my wife and daughter as I'm trying to convince both of them to take on a healthier lifestyle and I believe phenom fitness will be a great place for them to start free of gym judgement . 10/10 the best gym in Winston Salem !

Experiencia fantástica: Great staff and patrons. Everyone was very friendly and created a safe and welcoming environment. Machines always in working condition with a good variety of different machines. Rarely did I have to wait to use a machine and the gym itself was always kept clean. Probably the best value in the area as well. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: I've been coming here since they opened. It's a great boutique facility -- but they have all the equipment you need for a serious workout. The owner / main trainer Ron is just PHENOMenal .. you will for sure see results if you start coming here and working out either with him or just on your own.

The theme song went like this: "Sometimes you want to go Where everybody knows your name, And they're always glad you came" Every gym has equipment. Every gym has clean towels. But not every gym offers a sense of community. If you're looking for a gym where you can put in your headphones and hide among the masses, Planet Fitness is just down the street. If you're looking for a gym that's big enough to get your work done, but small enough to make some good friends who will motivate you, come check out Phenom Fitness - your first round is on me!

Experiencia fantástica: After moving to the area and looking for a new gym, I decided to try Phenom Fitness and have loved it ever since. The owners/trainers are incredibly friendly, professional and dedicated to helping clients. The gym is always clean and sanitized well. The location is also convenient to access. Overall, the best gym I’ve ever had an experience with!

The owner and trainers are incredibly knowledgeable and they desire helping people become better versions of themselves. I’ve been to many gyms throughout the past few years and Phenom is by far the best. I would highly recommend anyone to try it out wether they are just beginning or deep into the fitness lifestyle.

Phenom fitness fosters an atmosphere of community where friendships are formed that leads to a more motivating and efficient daily workout routine. The owner, Ron, is a seasoned and knowledgeable trainer that genuinely cares about each member of his gym. He is a great person and wants to see his gym members succeed toward their goals!
