Experiencia fantástica: Hard Knox is, hands down, the best fitness facility I've ever been apart of. I signed up for the kickboxing classes, but they also offer MMA, boxing, private lessons, etc. I've been a member for over a year and initially signed up to be more fit. The results I've seen are insane, however, there's so many other factors that have made me stick around. Sam, and the rest of the Hard Knox crew, are so welcoming, encouraging, and make it hard to not have a good time. This is truly a diverse gym: you'll meet people of all different backgrounds, age groups, races, fitness-levels, etc. When you come into the gym, no one cares what you look like, what you do for a living, or so on -- all that matters is that you do your best! The price point is unmatched, you'll be treated with a high-level of professionalism, and quickly accepted into the HK fam! I encountered a payment issue and the owner, Sam, helped me square it away quickly and efficiently. Kickboxing classes last for an hour and are comprised of a warm up (usually involving weights), the actual kickboxing session, and then core/abs. This gym has impressed me far more than 9 rounds, iLoveKickboxing, or any other gym I've gone too. I was never really a workout class type of person until I came here! I couldn't recommend it enough!

Experiencia fantástica: Coaches and administration have great customer service. Everything written on the contract is crystal clear and no information is withheld. A great price as well! HARD KNOX MMA is a fantastic gym with great gym members and equipment to use. Sa and youssef are great coaches who now what they're doing.
