Experiencia fantástica: I started crossfitting for the very first time, back in late 2012 at a different box, I was extremely overwhelmed with a very large class, and was lost most of the time. After 3 weeks, I quit. I thought crossfit was not for me, and that I had to reach a particular fitness level to train there. Then I glanced at Crossfit Elevate as I was driving by. I checked out their website, and emailed Danielle. I got an email almost immediately with tons of info. I decided to go check out the place and went for my FIRST Workout Of the Day (WOD). It was a Tuesday. There was Wall balls, and Burpees . I coud not even do a single burpee with proper form. I started training 2 to 3 times a week from Jan 2013. Luke and Danielle are very welcoming and encourage all athletes to push harder. For me the big plus was these coaches helped me understand the proper technique for lifting, science behind moves that help me achieve that lift/stretch with practice, over time. The nutrition challenges hosted by Danielle, along with top notch tireless coaching, helped me lose 4 dress sizes, and 14 pounds. I am continuing to lean out, and I honestly could not have done this without Crossfit Elevate. Whether you are a beginner, or been into fitness for a while, you can always learn new things at this gym. Come try a free week at their new facility.

Experiencia fantástica: I haven't worked out in forever, but was ready to make a change and up for the challenge. Danielle had a 6 week challenge that I joined and it taught me so much about not only fitness, but also nutrition which is a huge component to our health. I was apprehensive because I've heard there's a lot of injuries with Cross Fit, however this gym is the best about teaching you proper form and not pushing weight on you and you can go at your own pace. I can see how people could get injuries with Cross Fit, but not at this gym!!! After the 6 week challenge I lost 12 lbs and 12 inches and gained SO much more strength and energy! I literally feel the best that I have in years after just 6 weeks of working out and healthy eating. Danielle and Luke push you and motivate you and I'm always excited for the next class! I can definitely say that starting Cross Fit has been one if THE BEST decisions I've made. After the 6 week challenge ended yesterday I joined with a regular membership and am very excited! If you're looking for a new gym that's not your average gym like Life Time Fitness, Anytime Fitness, etc. and where you'll be motivated get results THIS is the place.

Experiencia fantástica: If you are a veteran crossfitter or going for your first class this is the place for you! Danielle and Luke are awesome at scaling the workouts for ALL ability levels. Some of the classes have FREE child care. Everyone is really friendly and the workouts are fun!
