Experiencia fantástica: UPDATE: Just wanted to update on face mask policy. I saw a few comments on adjusting workout due to having to wear face masks so I thought I should update that as of Monday 9/12/22 you are no longer required to wear a mask but obviously if you choose to wear one, that's cool too!

Experiencia positiva: Very Nice gym with everything you need , free weights, machines , running, 2 pools , stream room , Jacuzzi .... A sauna could be added and it will be perfect !. Covid update : mask required, covid vaccinations required, machines are spaced out ,pool, steam room and jacuzzi available. Safe environment covid wise.

Experiencia fantástica: First time back since the Pandemic shut downs. Equipment is well marked for distancing, there are some new rules for COVID safety such as masks required. You might want to adjust your workout intensity a bit with a mask but I was able to exercise at my own pace. Felt clean and as safe as possible during my time back. It was also great to see staff member Tom was still there and as awesome as ever.

Experiencia fantástica: Staff cleans relentlessly. There is a very positive vibe at the DAHLC. I actually look forward to going to the gym and I don't love exercising.
