Experiencia fantástica: Update: The issue with the treadmills stopping in mid-stride has been resolved, the owner reached out to me via phone number to verify. More circuits were added as a preventative measure, to my experience, it has not happened since my original review was posted. Overall it is a very clean and competitive atmosphere, I would love to see more lockers added if possible to the restrooms.

Experiencia fantástica: Best gym(s) and owners in the game! Being at TF feels like visiting family. From their clean and diverse equipment, incredible coaches and staff, to the amazing kid care that my infant daughter attends- TF has it all!

Experiencia fantástica: Great Great Great gym. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The gym has literally every machine you could want. Lots of free weights. Clean amenities.

Experiencia fantástica: Bailee Sanderson is a staff member there. Every time I go in there she always has a smile on her face, helpful and always asks what I’m working on for the day. She’s a tank and inspirational! Keep up the awesome work.

Experiencia fantástica: This is by far the best gym in KC. It has a ton of equipment options, not overly crowded, is safe, clean, plays great music, and has great staff (shoutout to Bailee!).

Experiencia fantástica: I recently moved too TF from Eagle Fitness. I got a day pass and was greeted with open arms by Lucas. This gym and the community within is amazing, I got a membership the next day.

Experiencia fantástica: Very impressive gym and atmosphere. By far the cleanest gym and most friendly staff. The owners are so welcoming and helpful. And Jason the front desk guy is incredible!! He’s always cleaning!!! But never to busy to help or answer questions.

Experiencia fantástica: Definitely the hidden Gem of Liberty. The atmosphere of all the people in there training is super motivating. To see all these people in different phases of their fitness goals is inspiring. It takes a lot of hard work to get those gains. You won't see a lot of that at other gyms that are state wide. There is so many options for equipment. Everything is very well spaced out and there is plenty of room. I LOVE the deadlift/squat room. Saunas in the bathroom are so nice! I love that they give the option for muscle recovery in that form. This will be the place I miss the most about Liberty. I live on the road working and my time here has come to an end. If you're thinking about joining, do it! It's way better than the other gyms in this area, trust me I've been there.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been coming to this gym since about January and I love it! Lucas has been my trainer and he is very knowledgeable and always makes me feel comfortable. Everyone that works there is always super friendly and willing to help if you ask! Definitely recommend. I also love the daycare they have during business hours.

Experiencia fantástica: Best gym in kc! Working out has always been apart of my life, before moving to the foundation I thought all gyms were the same. After moving to the foundation I soon realized how how wrong I was. The gym has everything I need to train like a powerlifter, bodybuilder, or a true athlete! The Community here is best described as a family everyone here wants to see you do your best for yourself and all the staff is always welcoming and they all have a plethora of knowledge even on things outside of the gym.

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely LOVE this gym! I signed up the first day they were open. They opened just a week after my family moved here from out of state. I was so excited to go somewhere that has such incredibly kind, helpful, and friendly staff. The owners are there often and they always greet you with a smile. The equipment is super high quality and any time I haven't known how to use a machine (I am newish to lifting), they're happy to help and show you how. This is truly a place for everyone in every phase of their fitness journey. This place has been a blessing. My teenage son is on the autism spectrum and has found a passion for fitness at The Foundation. Going there has helped his self-esteem so much. The staff and the other members have been so kind to him. He really feels comfortable there (which is HUGE for a kid in a new state on the spectrum). My favorite part of going to the gym is probably seeing the sweet dogs. Whenever I have family here from out of town, I always make them stop in and meet the pups. Couldn't recommend this place more!

Experiencia fantástica: Kind of pricey. However you pay for what you get. I've been to almost every gym from here to Alabama and this is the most inclusive community I've ever seen. It's a pleasure to be a part of it.

Experiencia fantástica: Traveling through Kc this weekend found the gem of a gym. Absolutely a fantastic place to get motivated and a great lift in. Lots of unique equipment that you don’t see anywhere and all the normal pieces you’d want. Plenty of cardio, kid’s care, protein shakes, great looking apparel. Very impressive. The staff is fantastic and friendly. Liberty area is so fortunate to have a local gym like this. If you are looking for a gym to grow, stay motivated and feel part of the team, this is it. I’ll certainly be back.

Experiencia fantástica: This gym is AWESOME! I have been wicked excited for them to open and it did not disappoint. They have the best equipment with a large variety as well. Some of the machines I have never seen before and I am pumped to try them out. Lots of racks which is always a plus. They even have a rotating rock climbing wall! Staff is amazing and extremely friendly. Their trainers are knowledgeable and definitely will push you. Highly recommend this gym.

The quality of the equipment is top notch and the owners and workers are nothing but amazing. I can’t wait to accomplish some personal goals out of this gym. Definitely switch if you want the best gym around!

Experiencia fantástica: One of the best gyms in the Midwest, if not the nation. Dumbbells up to 200lbs, well kept, quality equipment, large variety of equipment and accessories, reasonable price, great staff, etc. I could go on. I travel a lot for work around the country and RARELY, if ever, do I find a gym that even comes close. Only other gym that compares (to me) is Bobs Fitness in Bellevue, NE.

Experiencia fantástica: Where do I start, this gym is what I think about when I think of THE perfect gym. Awesome, unique and clean equipment for every type of training style. Extremely knowledgeable and welcoming staff. Trainers are the best in the city and have extensive knowledge of not only personal training, group training, but nutrition as well. They have just about everything you could need under one roof. Kids corner, group classes, tanning, saunas and even make protein shakes as well! Can't think of a better gym to call home.

Everyone will make it a point to know your name or to interact with you in some way. I really like that there’s a wide variety of equipment and it’s a place for amateurs and pros alike. I love the Kid’s Corner and so does my baby! Also, the bulldog cuddles are a big plus!

Experiencia fantástica: 24 HR access gym! It workout early early morning and usually have the place to myself. Equipment is brand new and the facilities are extremely clean. If your looking for a gym in the northland, I suggest you come speak with the friendly staff at “THE FOUNDATION”

Experiencia fantástica: Best gym I've been too, they have every piece of equipment you need to target what ever you need and they have not just building muscle equipment. anything from Olympic to cardio, your rock climbing and boxing bag and yoga stuff, wish the sauna was a little bigger but other than that I'm amazed eith it. The people there aren't judging you, or give you glares like they're better they're friendly all all about hyping each other up I hope this gym gets many more locations and is very successful in the near future!
