Experiencia fantástica: I love the Cleaver Y. I know there are others that are newer and bigger, but there is something special here. There's a community vibe that I haven't felt in any other facility, YMCA, or otherwise.

Experiencia fantástica: All of the Kansas City YMCA’s are great, but this one is extra special. The staff are kind, friendly and welcoming. There are a variety of child and family activities. They deeply care for and invest in our local neighborhood.

Experiencia fantástica: This has been my YMCA since it first opened. I even moved nearer to The Redbridge YMCA but find that The Cleaver YMCA is really my home.

Experiencia fantástica: They have a variety of classes to choose from, including spin, yoga, body fit pool classes, etc. and the gym is fully equipped with plenty of treadmills, elliptical machines, nice workout machines and a power lifting area. I would recommend the Cleaver Y to anyone in the neighborhood.

Experiencia fantástica: My family belonged to this location almost fifteen years ago. I am very impressed by the updated building, equipment, and other resources. I have visited at least 10 times within the past two weeks, early in the morning and late evening. Each time I have been extended a warm greeting accompanied by a smile! The locker/shower/restrooms have been clean with a pleasant smell, every single time. I have been able to utilize the treadmills, stationary bikes, and weights without waiting each time I've visited. The entire facility is well lit, clean, capacious, and the mood is jovial. Children and adults are able to enjoy this interactive facility in harmony! Today the staff rearranged and added new equipment to the main area!

Experiencia fantástica: New member and so far I really enjoy it. The kids zone is very nice and so are the staff. I’ve taken one class and will be taking more for sure! Clean facility and great staff. Bring a lock for the locker room! They have signs up that they are not responsible for stolen or lost items, no gym should be! I bring my own lock and never had a problem!

Like the community based work that you are doing and sharing on social media. Kelsey is a great leader for the Together-hood. Like the 5:30 am classes. Mo in the morning is a great addition to your staff. She does a great job promoting the Y overall.
