Experiencia fantástica: I thoroughly enjoyed the 4 years I spent going to this gym. The only reason I still do not go is that I moved too far away. Alex the owner is great, and his staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable. Gym is always open and it great condition.

Experiencia fantástica: Like Adapted Fitness is a gym close to my house. I can walk to L.A.F. in about 15 minutes from where I'm living right now. Most of the weight machines are located on one side of the gym (The western wall). The other side of the gym is free-weights and a leg machine with a fan that's plugged into the east wall. I haven't taken any photos of the gym that I try to visit nearly 3‐4 times a week, but when I can do so, I'll try to go as much as I can get there. Alex is the owner of the gym and he's able to help me out with any questions that I have for him... Aside from requesting that L.A.F. (expand and have a running track), I'm able to get all the my workout done at this point, using one of the running machine for me. There's no space to include a running track because it was once a Blockbuster Video rental store. If you're able to go to L.A.F. on your way to work or if you're able to go to Life Adapted Fitness at any point in time, please ask for Alex (or any of the other physical trainers)when you call this gym. Life Adapted Fitness is an all-star fitness center building. :)

Experiencia fantástica: I really enjoyed my time going to this gym. I can always get a machine if I need it, and it is never too crowded. I have always had positive interactions with staff members. I've lost my key fob a couple of times, and they didn't even charge me to replace it. Overall, awesome gym!

Experiencia fantástica: A great facility for those looking for a their own personal gym. I say that because this is a small " boutique" fitness center. That's not to say that it is expensive or for the elite, just the opposite. You are made to feel welcome and comfortable in the surrounding. It's not a large fitness center but it has all you need for a great workout. They also offer 24/7 to the facility and have highly experience trainers. The quality of the equipment is excellent.

Experiencia fantástica: This is a hidden gem (pun intended) in Brookside. Don was helpful in getting me set up with a membership. The 24 hour access is convenient, and the 3-month membership was perfect for what I was looking for. It was nice knowing I didn't have to worry about a recurring charge. The gym was always clean and rarely crowded. Good equipment available for use.

Experiencia fantástica: I do personal training there regularly, so I’m in 3 times a week. Their facility is immaculate and always clean and organized. It’s never too crowded but at the same time isn’t isn’t so empty that it feels desolate. My only issue is that the climate control isn’t always great. I’m the summers it is hotter and more humid inside than I’d like, but it is great in the winter. This is only a minor complaint as everything else is perfect in the gym and temperate is so subjective. The gym owner is great, friendly, and really runs a nice shop. I’ve recommended LAF to friends.

Experiencia fantástica: I joined LAF because it was close to my house and was convenient, I stay there because Alex has created a judgement-free, supportive community of people. The gym is very well thought out and has every piece of equipment you could possibly need without ever being too crowded and is always super clean. Having struggled with weight my entire life, I called Alex when I hit about 250 lbs and he was ready with a game plan. He knew exactly what I needed to do, what to eat, and offered support that was crucial for me to keep going. I’ve now lost 70 lbs and am doing things I never thought I was capable of. As I progress, Alex is there to train me for whatever I want to do, whether it’s putting on more muscle, running a half marathon, or preparing for a rock climbing trip. Thanks to Alex and LAF I went from having serious health risks, to being in great shape and hungry for more!

He even included Adapted in the name of biz. He adapts to the needs of the client at any given moment based on what is happening in the the life of the client.

Experiencia fantástica: Pros: brand new, super clean, high end equipment, member controlled pandora and tv's, well lit, never crowded, complimentary towel service, shall I go on? Really this place is great and so is Alex (owner/personal trainer). Con: they are not in Denver (where I just moved)

Experiencia fantástica: I spent the summer in KC and found Alex's gym online. I couldn't have asked for a better place to workout throughout the week. The facility is new and clean, as well as accommodating for any person regardless of his or her level of fitness. Alex is also very nice and is quick attend to requests LAF members may have. Experiencia fantástica: The gym has an atmosphere which is not comparable to anything which we have in Kansas City. It's a great place to be a part of the owner Alex truely cares for each customer individually designed a fitness plan for me individually which I utilize from my phone via an app. Alex, his gym and his app have streamlined fitness and created a platform for me to live my life yet be productive and healthy at the same time.
