Experiencia fantástica: I've been doing Crossfit for a few months now. The workouts are an hour long and very effective! I've already noticed how much toner I've become. Initially I was concerned that I wasn't in good enough shape to do Crossfit but the workouts can be modified and it's up to you how far you want to push yourself. The trainer is great! He is always there to help with form and make sure your doing the workouts correctly! Highly recommend Crossfit! Also, the environment is very friendly!

Experiencia fantástica: I dropped in when I was in town- and am glad that I did! Everyone at Crossfit Kalamazoo was friendly and welcoming. The box was clean and well maintained. It is obvious Coach Tim is invested in his athletes. Focus was on proper form and fun. Great community. Will definitely go back next time I’m in Kalamazoo.

I love the variety of the workouts and the ability to scale them when you need to. I have learned so much about my own capabilities and strength, especially on the days you hit a PR!
