Experiencia fantástica: First thing that comes to mind when you enterBeyond Fitness, is the feel of a home gym. Safe environment friendly memebers and staff. I myself had no idea on how to workout properly, to achieve my goals, but the management at Beyond Fitness was more then willing to offer free advice, tips and instructions on how to become physically fit. Now after a mear month of casual attendance, i have lost over 35lbs and feel likenim making so much progress. Also for a student its not far from my home or campus.

Experiencia fantástica: Jason Wunderlin is a personal trainer there, and I have seen so much progress from working with him. Strength Beyond has a killer lifter's atmosphere, and you will make gains here for sure. All of the staff members are more than helpful when it comes to workouts, whether it be showing you how to use a machine, what the proper form is, or giving you a spot. I am an NPC Bikini competitor, and these locations are the best places to train at for my shows. I don't understand how other reviews say that the staff is unfriendly and the gym is dirty... It's quite the opposite. The Facebook reviews are much more helpful than these Google ones. Also... To everyone saying that they could not get out of their contract: that's why it is called a contract. Don't sign it if you can't fulfill it.

Experiencia fantástica: Since Ive become a new member of this gym I haven't been to another in Kalamazoo. It is always open.. 24/7 access and you can bring a guest in for free which is great! They have all you could really ask for equipment wise and a great location next to WMU campus. The staff and trainers are very helpful as well. I would highly recommend this gym.

The manager has shown me how to properly use the equipment and the proper techniques without me asking for any advice. The staff are always willing to help to ensure you reach your goals!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a member here for over 7 months. I love this gym. I have been a member for Planet Fitness, Anytime Fitness and WMU. Strength Beyond is hands down the best of the bunch. This gym is built for people who actually want results. It doesn't matter how big you are or what level you are at, you can come here and feel welcome and get help to accomplish your goals. There is no free pizza, candy or doughnuts here, just people who help push you towards your goal.

Experiencia fantástica: Used to live nearby and trained here regularly, now I visit when I am in town. Plenty of free weights and equipment. Lockers. Wall of windows and skylight make for good daytime environment. Well lit at night.

Had a military related move out of State. Contract was canceled, no questions asked, and owner extended the invitation to work out anytime I’m back in town. Good people.

Experiencia fantástica: When I read some of the reviews I was worried about the gym. I went anyways! Glad I did... the culture of the gum members is so welcoming, staff more than happy to help. The equipment is just fine. I have a trainer 2x a week. Was told exactly what my contract would be. Nothing dirty about it. Not super fancy; but!!!! That's why I like it. It's a nice place to workout. I recommend this place.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been a member for a few years and plan to continue my membership for years to come. I love that they are open 24/7 as this allows for a lot of flexibility in my hectic schedule. They have all the free weights and machines you could want for a full body workout. Another aspect I enjoy is that they have multiple locations and your membership is good for all the locations. I typically use the downtown gym, but sometimes If I need to go grocery shopping I hit up the Gull Road gym because it’s right next to Meijer. The staff is always courteous and helpful. The members are helpful and friendly as well. I’ve never had a problem asking someone for a spot or to watch my form. Clean and affordable.

Experiencia fantástica: Best chain of gyms in Michigan. They have equipment for every workout and muscle group. Great for anybody including beginners. They have great staff and personal trainers. I won’t be going to any other gym.

I’ve been a member at multiple other gyms around the Kalamazoo area and this gym has been the most worry free experience out of all of them. Fair rates, decent equipment, great atmosphere, many additional “perks” such as tanning and personal training, kind and courteous staff, and three locations in the metro Kalamazoo area.
