I've made a ton of new friends here with everyone being super encouraging and actually enjoying the workouts! The variety of classes offered is grrat, having a little something for everyone!!!

Also love the ‘family’ feel here as well. A very accepting group of women to work out with. All body sizes and ages are welcome here!!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve taken class with Whitney for years- Pound and Aquazumba. I don’t typically enjoy group exercise, but Whitney is kind, positive, and fun! She can help you modify moves/exercises if you have any special needs. She is a positive motivator and a wonderful person. If you are looking for a class you should give hers a try. Good for beginners- experts!

The best is that when you are just beginning, she will tell you how to modify everything for your needs. If you are advanced, she will give you extra challenges. No matter where you are on your fitness journey, you will be pushed and you will leave feeling fantastic.
