Experiencia fantástica: Love trim gym only thing i dont like is my 8 and 12 year old cant go in the jacuzzi or sauna with me because they are inside the womens locker rooms. I think they should make a family locker room incase a single mother has boys or a single father has daughters

Experiencia fantástica: My favorite gym in NEA. Large with several options of machines and free weights. They just recently improved the cardio section with new stair masters which was a major improvement! Only thing that I would change about trim is water bottle fillers they are very convenient and should be a staple in the gym!

Experiencia positiva: Love Trim Gym and I’ve been a member for over a decade and plan to stay. I really feel like the trim gym is the best value for fitness in the area. Tons of equipment, lots of classes, plenty of amenities, and all the equipment is always well-maintained. I took off one star for the following: 1. Please add more benches. Please. There’s like 3-5, but during the 5pm rush they’re all taken. 2. I definitely understand that Covid has made many businesses, gyms included, restructure to make sure to maintain profits. So I figure removing the child care option was likely due to this. However, this leaves only St Bernards health and wellness as the gym in town having childcare option as 10 Fitness removed theirs also. Now that I have a child, it’s tricky finding time to go to the gym and I would really love this option to still be available. I hope it can be considered in the future, even if for very limited hours.

Experiencia positiva: Pros: 1. Excellent and large gym with a wide variety of equipment, classes, and things for members. 2. The equipment is maintained very well. I have been a part of other gyms before where they never fixed broken equipment. I’ve never seen this to be the case here. They seem to have their repairman come as quickly as possible and fix things and keep everything safe and working. Which is really great 3. There are two locker rooms available which is really nice. The locker rooms are always clean and well-kept. Cons: 1. I feel like the pricing should be explained a little bit more clearly for new members, as you’re not really told that you would be nickeled and dimed for basically everything. Want 24 hour access? Extra cost. Tan? Extra cost. Use the tennis club? Extra cost. I think it’s completely fine to have a base cost and pay extra for extra experiences, but I don’t know, maybe the promotional material it could be explained a little bit clearer for guests. 2. How on earth does this gym only have about three or four benches? if you are trying to work out during the 5 o’clock rush you can’t do your workouts because the benches are always taken up. This gym does an excellent job of always getting new stuff in, so why on earth can they not get a bunch more benches? Please add more benches to the weight room. I am begging you. 3. It’s really disappointing that they got rid of the childcare option. I understand that Covid made a lot of things change, but now there is only one other gym in the entire city of Jonesboro that offers childcare and it costs a lot more than trim gym does and I really like trim jam and I want to stay here, but I’m limited in times I could work out. If there were a childcare room available that I could still pay for, I cannot tell you how helpful that would be. Please please bring it back. 4. I don’t really mind a bit that people bring their kids into the gym with them while they work out. Especially since there’s not a childcare option available anymore. I am a parent also, so do what you have to do. What I don’t like as parents that don’t enforce the rules. You should not be allowing kids to play on equipment or even touch the weights at all. You should also not be allowing them to play on the track when people are trying to go run. Again, I’m totally fine with people bringing them to the gym. I’m not OK with them risking injury or damage to the equipment or getting in peoples way that are trying to work out. 5. It’s great having a sauna and a hot tub, but the temperature is warm but never really hot. They are not the true temperature that is needed to get through therapeutic heat benefits. Please increase this 6. Like I said the equipment is always well-maintained and in good working order which is great. But it is also always dirty. Like, filthy. Your employees sit around at the desk and play on their phones. Why can’t you have them out there cleaning the equipment? Because it’s absolutely filthy and it stays filthy 7. Speaking of which, your employees don’t really do much of anything. The managers seem to be really helpful and useful, and a couple of the employees are good. But most of the girls that work there are absolutely useless. They literally just sit at the desk and play at their phones. Meanwhile, half the time, the locker room is out of toilet paper completely, the equipment is filthy, and they are ignoring the guests that walk in. I really like trim gym and I plan to stay here, but I hope this review somehow gets to management and some positive changes are made

Experiencia fantástica: Trim gym is awesome. Have been a member for 20+ years. I was so excited when they added Pilates reformer classes. It’s my favorite workout!

Experiencia fantástica: Joined the Trim Gym for the Pilates Reformer classes. After two knee replacements and a shoulder replacement, I needed to get back in shape. Took private classes to get back into the routine, then started group class. Pilates on the reformer is the very best total workout I have found. Strengthens and tones the entire body!

Experiencia fantástica: Great gym, has everything you need for olympic style lifting, bench press, squat rack, cable machines, leg press ECT.. Prices are reasonable also, and has a day pass. The womens room has good equiptment also. Daycare is closed due to covid.

Experiencia fantástica: Wow they offer Pilates Reformer Group Classes for just $15 each! They've got 5 Reformers in a private room so you get lots of individual attention in your class. Pilates Reformer classes are the best way to get a strong core!

Experiencia fantástica: I like trim gym and the facilities .. but you need to seriously train your staff to be friendly to everyone. Some staff are annoyingly noisy. People come in to check their badge and one staff was standing right in front of the badge area and won't move because he was busy talking.

Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I got an account at Trim Gym they were the nicest people. They helped us out, showed us around, and explained how everything went. Trim Gym employees have been far the nicest to me and my family. If you want a nice facility to work out at go to Trim Gym, it’s worth it.

Experiencia fantástica: Best club ever! I have been a member at several clubs after my time at The Trim Gym and i have not found anything even close to the quality. It was easy to take for granted the cost for amenities, however this club would be well over$100 a month in Any other place! I have traveled and trained at clubs across the country, the only ones with amenities even remotely comparable are globo gyms with terrible customer service and fees that are much much higher ($35 for daily fees for comparable amenities). Always love coming back to this club!

Experiencia fantástica: This is my current gym. The staff is so sweet and always welcoming. They have tanning, a pool, whirlpool, daycare, and fitness classes and sooo much more. I love the women only workout room. I never thought I would be a gym person but I've never felt uncomfortable here and I was so scared of joining a gym but they always make me feel welcomed. I have lost 13 pounds since I joined almost one month ago. I love it.

I'm a keep to yourself kinda workout girl and love that I can come in put my headphones on and knock my workout. I never have long waits to do anything I want.
