Experiencia fantástica: Very welcoming gym with a coach who is willing to put the extra effort in to help every level feel comfortable and find success. For those that are new to the sport - every workout has a “dry run” showing you exactly what the next workout is. This was (and still is) massively helpful!

I would absolutely recommend this gym if your looking to start your fitness journey but just don't know how or where to start.

Experiencia fantástica: Small classes. One of the coaches is the owner and he is a super nice guy, really passonate about fitness and his students. Easily beats out some of the larger cross fit gyms. Only drawback is that space is limited.
