After one whole year at Trv Fit I can honestly say I have grown so much. From my physical and mental well-being to my attitude from day to day. Each work out and coach brings something different to the table. From class variety to modifying the workout to suit your needs there is something to suit everyone here. Thankful for the friendships made and looking forward to many workouts ahead… Well kind of. If you’ve worked out with me you know I complain every time.

After trying so many different types of gyms and fitness facilities in the past, I always found myself getting unmotivated within a few weeks and feeling uncomfortable or intimidated by the people around me. TRVFIT changed that for me and provided me with an inclusive safe space to better myself and work on my goals! Every person I have met inside their walls, has been welcoming and supportive! As soon as you walk through the door, you are amongst friends! I never knew I could love going to the gym as much as I do now! Whether you're looking for really fun exercise classes, dedicated trainers or a great variation of equipment, they have it all. 11/10 recommend!
