If you like to run, jump walls, climb ropes, flip tires this is the gym for you. Mike offers group classes so you don’t have to train alone. I have been a member here for over 3 years and in that time I have completed in several obstacle races with the iTrain team and ran several ½ marathon races both road and trail. Experiencia fantástica: Great gym!! They have all the equipment you could dream of wanting from treadmills, free weights, machines, and bumper plates. It is always extremely clean and has a great atmosphere. You really feel like you matter and are part of the gym family. Love that it is 24/7, and I can work out whenever it is convenient for me.

This gym is immaculately clean, tons of equipment, huge facility so you never feel crowded, great locker rooms and lots of exercise accessories that no other gyms provide. Very female friendly. I can't say enough good things! I love that it isn't a chain and the owners clearly put so much work into this place. 10/10 recommend

Experiencia fantástica: The owners DeAnna and Michael Hardin and their staff are friendly and helpful. If you are lucky their dog Ruby will greet you as well! The entire facility is very clean. A wide variety of equipment is available to meet your fitness needs. Personal trainers are also available if you would like some 1:1 training. I worked with Lise Hechemovich and would highly recommend her! She is knowledgeable about fitness and will find the right workout for you. ITF is a wonderful gym!

Experiencia fantástica: My daughter goes to this gym and loves it. I visited for a week and she asked the owner if I could come as a visitor, which they allowed. I can see why she likes it so much. Got great workouts in and kept on my fitness schedule even while on vacation. They are open 24/7 and we went early every morning. Gym is clean, people are friendly, showers available, equipment all in great shape. They also have a cross fit side as well as the regular gym. I would definitely go back. If you’re looking for a gym, look no further.

The owners are amazing people, so nice and easy to communicate with. If you’re a beginner, you have nothing to worry about here—everyone is very welcoming and willing to help if you want it! Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to ITrain Fitness for about 5 or 6 months now and have to say it's a very good gym. The atmosphere is very comfortable and the place is exceptionally clean and well maintained. They have all the equipment you need for pretty much any type of training. The only thing I am disappointed about is the fact that they don't have a hack squat machine. They have a belt squat and hack press, but no hack sqaut. That's one of my favorite machines and I would use it all the time if they had one, but overall this place is an amazing gym.

There is plenty of equipment so you never have to wait for a machine and there is a secondary room just for cross fit workouts. Definitely a top notch place where you can exercise all you want and also feel like a member of the family.

Their excellent customer service and passion for providing members and non members with a total health experience is predominant every time you walk in thier complete fitness facility!

Experiencia fantástica: TL;DR: great gym, good prices, nice people all around. Highly recommend. The gym is locally owned by a really nice family and they have two adorable pups that are occasionally at the gym. I've been going to iTrain for over a year now and it's by far the best gym I've been to in the area. The gym has literally everything anyone could need, whether you're into calisthenics, weightlifting or more cardio focused workouts. I've noticed a lot of gyms do not offer enough space to do exercises like walking lunges, stretching, abs, etc. but that is not the case here, even on the 24-hour side. I've never wanted for any equipment except for one of the stair-stepper machines that actually builds the stairs for you. This gym does, however, have this crazy ladder machine which is equal parts awesome and horrifying. The members are extremely varied in age and their workouts, which is refreshing and contributes to the "you do you" atmosphere. My gym "routine" isn't structured (at all - should work on that) and I will go from deadlift and squats one day, to rolling around in the floor being lazy trying to get rid of a headache the next. Regardless of what kind of day I'm having, I always feel like I have the physical space to do what I want/need to do and I don't feel judged even if I'm doing a non-traditional "work-out".

There are people of all sizes and fitness levels that can get an amazing workout without any judgment! They offer 24/7 access and personal training that is designed for your individual needs. I will gladly drive the 50 minute round trip to use this facility. The owners truly care about you like a family.

Experiencia fantástica: My favorite gym I have ever been to. There is so much equipment and no judgement ever. Everyone works to kick tail at their own pace but we are all there to kick major tail. Not interested in the constant selfies and tanning beds like other gyms but actually pushing myself to work harder for my body, mind , and health . Proud to be a member .

Experiencia fantástica: I cant say enough awesome words about this gym!! The 24 hour side has some of the best equipment you could ask for. The crossfit/Ocr side is set up incredibly and you'll never feel unprepared for any races or competitions. Not to mention they have basically a full practice ocr course where you can even practice your spear throws. Both the owners are kind people and will always strike up conversation. They are always trying every day to make this gym the best in the area. Oh and occasionally you get to get some puppy love in between sets from their two sweet pups :)

The best part -- none of that corporate, upsell, elitist vibe you get at commercial gyms. It's a family here and they're awesome. Got a week pass for $20! What a deal! Who would've thought I'd find one of the best gyms I've ever been to in Johnson City, TN.
