Its got just about everything an athlete like myself needs to get fit and strong. The recovery and meditation rooms are a plus and my ultimate fave...the sauna! Like I said great place and great employees!

Experiencia fantástica: I was invited by a friend to check it out and I must say, it is TOP NOTCH in every way. Had a really awesome workout and dry sauna visit. The entire place is well designed, spotless, and all of the equipment is in perfect working order. Loads of options for whatever type of workout you have in mind. None of the normal gym vibe, It was a very chill and no one was acting like it's a singles club. Really nice place and we are definitely considering joining.
