Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been going to CrossFit the Ville for almost two months now and love it. The community is amazing and the programming is excellent. Everyone was so helpful and welcoming, even though I’m a complete beginner to CrossFit! I already see this gym as somewhere I’ll be apart of for as long as I’m in Louisville.

Experiencia fantástica: I visited my sister in Louisville this weekend and stopped in for two morning classes. The coaches and community was very welcoming and I enjoyed my stay/workouts. Definitely one of the better boxes I have visited. I highly recommend a drop in.

Experiencia fantástica: Was visiting in Louisville for the weekend with friends for the bourbon trail. We decided to get a WOD in and CF the Ville was BIG enough to accommodate 7 of us crashing a saturday morning class. The coach was awesome and everyone got in a good burn before hitting the bourbon trail. Highly recommend if you're in the area. Close to the downtown hotels.
