Experiencia fantástica: I love this gym! It has everything you need, my favorite part being the punching bag in the back patio area! I’m fairly new to lifting and Mr. Dwayne was SOOOO helpful. He showed me the proper form of some workouts and helped me figure out a few workouts that I could do to reach my goals! Both Taylor and Dwayne are super nice. A great staff really makes a difference. I was also very impressed with how well kept the restroom was!

Experiencia fantástica: This is my home gym, it has pretty much everything you could ask for equipment wise and never too busy to have to wait for machines or benches. Even still, the members are courteous and won't hog equipment or at least will let you work in. The place is kept clean, and members are good about wiping down after use. Staff is nice too. Great place to workout, anytime.

Experiencia fantástica: Great equipment. You can get Hydro massage therapy and tanning for a great low monthly cost of ~$30. They’ve got a vending machine with protein bars, snacks, drinks etc. bathrooms and showers are always spotless.

Experiencia fantástica: A totally awesome gym. Has everything you need to accomplish serious fitness goals. or maybe you prefer casual exercise, either way this place is great. A large free weight section and a decent number of machines. Clean restrooms and very helpful staff members. Yes you can deadlift and squat heavy here and its open 24 hours a day. Come pump some iron and be the strongest version of yourself!
