T3 has some of the most knowledgeable trainers in Mid-MO that are all awesome at pushing you to keep going until the end of each workout. They make the workouts so much more fun. The trainers & members are all around great people that lift each other up & motivate each other to keep improving.

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely one of the best gems in Jefferson City. If you’re looking for high quality classes that are filled with like- minded people - this is your new community. If you’re on the opposite side of that spectrum and prefer more private, uncrowded training sessions. They offer a 24/7 gym with high end equipment.

Not only do I feel at home it’s super luxurious/clean you wouldn’t even know you’re in a gym until you see equipment! And lastly, the trainers knowledgeable and encouraging, I’ve never done the same workout twice!! I would recommend anyone download the app and take your first free class. You’ll be hooked

Experiencia fantástica: This is a wonderful gym full or people ready to work hard and support each other. The trainers are great at encouraging you to work harder while also offering modifications when needed. The atmosphere makes you want to keep coming back because everyone is so friendly and there for the same reasons. I Would recommend this place to everyone as they offer so many different classes you are sure to find one that will make you want to keep coming back! Love T3 and the results I get from there!

Experiencia fantástica: T3 is a must try gym! I’ve been a member at T3 for a little over 6 months now and it’s truly a place I look forward to going to. I get excited to go to classes and workout! Cycling has become one of my favorites, but they offer so many other classes too! There is something for everyone, plus the gym is open 24 hours. The trainers are all so encouraging and push you to be your best everyday!

Experiencia fantástica: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality T3 is amazing!!! best gym i have ever been to! the trainers are amazing and really push me to work harder and pick up that extra weight. they believe in you and know we are capable!!! the weight room being 24 hours is amazing! no excuses to not show up! i have made so many new new friends that have become family! i love my T3 fam!
