Experiencia fantástica: My son had knee surgery and did his physical therapy here. I would never go anywhere else. The people are awesome and truly care. We worked with a physical therapist/ personal trainer to get my son where he needed to be. They have become his gym family. While he's finally been cleared by the doctors, he plans on continuing his fitness journey with Optimus for years to come. I really can't say enough nice things. They're awesome.

Experiencia fantástica: It’s always a delight as soon as you walk into the building. The staff is always so helpful, things are always so neat and orderly. The owners are two of the kindest people you will meet. The bathrooms here are spotless and smell so good. The gym equipment is some of the nicest equipment I’ve worked out on, and they always update equipment when recommended. They also always have merchandise you can buy, the T-shirts are very affordable. This is the best Physical Therapy/Gym I’ve personally ever been to. I’d recommend it to anyone.

Experiencia fantástica: I am Home! Two years of attempting to find a solution to be able to walk after an accident... 3 sessions with Mila Pacia PT DPT and her Myofascial manipulation technic and the shock wave.. I was actually walking better!

The Nustep is my favorite and always makes me feel better when I use it, it helps me with my arthritis. The machines are clean and easy to use and they have staff members that are willing to help at all times if I need it.

Experiencia fantástica: I began treatment on September 2nd at Optimus Physical Therapy. I had complete knee replacement two years ago. Since the surgery, I have been struggling to even walk. Dr. Mila Pacia saw me the first day and noticed my kneecap had not been moving. After she used the Myofascial Manipulation on my knee that day I was able to walk with no pain. I am continuing with PT to further strengthen my legs and have successfully been able to exercise ad lift weights as part of my treatment.

Experiencia fantástica: Can't say enough about the caring staff from the front desk to physical therapy room. I had surgery on a torn ligament and after a couple months of therapy twice a week I'm pain free. Everyone in physical therapy room is so friendly and extremely helpful.

Can’t reccomend them enough, as someone who’s had therapy elsewhere, this will be the only place I return to in the future.

I went from a 55 degree range when I started to full range when I was finished. I went twice a week for 8 weeks I highly recommend going here. This is my third issue they have helped me with. Experiencia fantástica: What a Blessing. Before I took therapy, I was having lower back pain daily. Some days I was not able to do anything because of the pain. When I first began therapy, I would be asked where the pain was located and I always had pain. After taking therapy, when I was asked the same question, where is the pain. I was able to answer, there is no pain. The staff is great without exception. They are genuinely concerned about your well being. In addition to being relieved of the pain, I was impressed that they began almost immediately to give me back exercises to strengthen my back to prevent future pain. I highly recommend the Optimus Health Center Staff and Facility.
