Experiencia fantástica: CrossFit Amis has a great team of instructors who genuinely care. Classes are fun, challenging, and scaled for all fitness levels. You won't find the typical CrossFit stereotypes here, just people who really care about bettering themselves and taking an active interest in each other's progress. Very beginner friendly with some very knowledgeable staff for the more advanced athlete.

Experiencia fantástica: This has been my home gym for almost a year now. I wasn't very excited about fitness and being active until I found this gym. Crossfit is such a great way to get exercise (new workouts every day!) and Amis is like a family. I can't say enough good things about this place!

Experiencia fantástica: I started Crossfit Amis in February, this is my 3rd crossfit gym in the area. This has by far been one of my favorite atmospheres. The coaches are encouraging and knowledgeable in how to reach my goals, everyone I have met has been so friendly and welcoming. I work 40 hrs a week in a high stress environment and I have a husband and 2 small kiddos at home so this place has become sanctuary, and keeps me motivated to be better for myself and my family.
