Experiencia fantástica: I seriously cannot believe that Springville NY has this type of amazing facility. Definitely one of the nicest places I have ever worked out in. Great staff, great equipment and soooo clean. Hands down one of the best gym experiences.

Experiencia fantástica: I'm from out of town and wanted to get a workout in and was told about Springville Health and Fitness. From an outsider's perspective this place is a wonderful independent gym. Plenty of machines for each part of the body, dumbbell weights up to 100lbs, full cardio room with at least 20 different machines between treadmills, bike machines and rowing machines. Incredibly friendly staff as well, I never felt even slightly out of place. Did I mention it's only 5 dollars for a day pass? Definitely an amazing price if your visiting from out of town or just want to try out a gym for the first time. So if you're like me and in town and need a gym to go to come here it'll be worth it.

Experiencia positiva: Lots of great equipment and kept VERY clean, only thing it's missing is a pool but really great especially for a small town and having to compete with another gym facility.

Experiencia positiva: Need to fix membership scanner outside door because I can never can get inside and will have to wait almost 15 sometimes for someone to open the door!!
