Experiencia fantástica: Great gym! I was in town for a couple of days and found Southern Tier Barbell online. I am currently working a linear progression strength program and thought I would miss workouts while staying with family in the Chautauqua area. Fortunately I found Southern Tier Barbell, well worth the short drive to Jamestown, this gym has top of the line Rogue equipment and a even a dedicated deadlift area. Multiple bars/racks are available for whatever lift you are working on. Erick was friendly and accommodating. They allow the use of chalk! We need more gyms like this! I'll be back the next time I am in the area for sure.
