Experiencia fantástica: Had my 55th birthday party celebration with my girlfriends and it was an amazing experience! We had the best time ever. This was most of our first pole experience and our instructor/host Juliana was the best! She made our day memorable, fun, and easy to learn. We will definitely do this again as all the girls can’t stop talking about how much fun we had. We were thoroughly pleased and will be taking classes in the near future. Thank you for making my “Speed Limit 55.. but not slowing down no time soon” birthday party memorable!

Experiencia fantástica: My friends and I went to Alt Fit last night to take a roller pole class with Lorian, and we had the best time! I didn't know how this was going to pan out - I'd never done anything like this before, but Lorian's a really fun and very encouraging and knowledgeable instructor and built each technique from baby steps with us, so we were actually able to do a routine and get confident in it enough to just have a really good time! Everyone had a signature move by the end of the class, lol! It was SO much fun (and a good workout), I highly recommend going to Alt Fit and taking the awesome classes with her. :-)

Experiencia fantástica: My girl friends and I had a FABULOUS time celebrating a bachelorette party with a private pole fitness class at Alt Fit. Our teacher made us feel comfortable, encouraged, & celebrated! We appreciated her patience with our group and all the awesome pictures she took for us. The class was also a really good workout; it's two days later and my arms are still sore in the best way! I highly recommend this studio.

The owners Lorain and Jamie are sweetest people you will ever meet. They make everyone feel like a family. They always give great ques on how to accomplish the task that they are giving. The aerial community has been one of the saviors in my life. It has taught me so much about my strength and learning how to trust myself. Don’t know what I would do without them every week. ✨❤️

Experiencia fantástica: So I was pleasantly surprised when I showed up for a late night private class with Jamie Clark for my bachelorette party! A few of my friends and even my mother attended the class and it was AMAZING! Jamie was so fun and such a great teacher! No offense to my friends, but none of are us are in the greatest shape so the class was not only a workout from the pole, but also hilarious and our abs burned from laughter! Jamie made all of us girls feel welcome and comfortable! I can not wait to be in her class again! Myself and one of my friends already booked our next class! Jamie definitely is one of the main reasons for us to go back! She's just wonderful!!! Beginners be prepared for the struggle bus the next day, accompanied by a few bruises. TOTALLY WORTH IT! I will be getting a pole for my new house and I can't wait!

Super accommodating (didn’t have to schedule/pay in advance). Instructor was nice and patient (didn’t mind showing us the moves multiple times... and I mean multiple. Lol.) She was super funny & entertaining. Made for a really comfortable environment.

Experiencia fantástica: Greatest place ever! Jaime is amazing and an angel. I’m from Tennessee and was helping plan a bachelorette trip and she was so quick to respond and help me with anything I needed. The class was so much fun and she took pictures and videos for us! You should definitely go.

Experiencia fantástica: Alt-fit Jax is the beaches new and exclusive alternative fitness studio. The instructors are very professional and always put safety first. Classes offered include pole fitness, Lyra (also known as aerial hoop), aerial silks, and vertical barre. Do not be intimidated, as all fitness levels are welcome. If you can hold a pencil, than you can hold a pole! Currently they are offering a monthly trial of unlimited classes for $39 to all new members. This is the cheapest price that you will see in Jacksonville. If you struggle with motivating yourself to attend a traditional gym, I highly recommend alt-fit.

There is a wide variety of classes and the instructors are professional and knowledgeable. My favorite thing about this studio though is how much fun I always have while working out there. This has definitely become my own personal “happy place” where I can de-stress, get fit and have fun!

The energy from the moment you walk in is positive, uplifting and accepting. The array of classes offered are impressive. This studio promotes all things positive to stay strong physically and mentally. Strength, love and acceptance. The best part is we all have fun within the flow of the process & we put on heels sometimes ✌️❤️

They will lift you up, support you and make you feel better about yourself than you ever did before —- and you’ll be ripped, lean and self-confident (I lost 10 lbs in my first 4 months). In the bathroom, sticky notes on the mirrors read “you are strong” and “you are beautiful.” After a few classes that’s how we all feel...oh, and also like a badass.
