Experiencia fantástica: I was a member here for 2.5 years. Switched my membership only because I moved and traffic in Jacksonville is less than stellar. Coach Josh knows his movement standards and does a great job ensuring his members stay safe and injury free!

Experiencia fantástica: I recently moved to the area and had intended on visiting a bunch of local boxes in hopes of finding a new CrossFit home. My first stop was CrossFit 904 and after my first visit, I knew I didn’t have to look any further. Coach Josh and his members were so friendly and welcoming that I felt like belonged after my first day. I have been at the box for three months now and have grown to love it even more. Josh is by far the best coach I have ever had and he does an outstanding job with making workouts challenging, fun and suitable for every fitness level. His attention to detail and vast knowledge of movement enable him to improve and fine tune both the experienced athlete and those just beginning their CrossFit journey. The staff and members truly care about each other and the community atmosphere is positive and family friendly. Whether you are just starting out or have been CrossFitting for years, I highly encourage you to drop in and see what makes CrossFit 904 so great!

Experiencia fantástica: I came to Crossfit 904 because a friend kept telling me about Crossfit and how much I would love it. After a year of trying to get me to come for a workout, I finally caved and went in. I was intimidated, but from the moment I walked in, I felt completely at home. I could participate in the workout at my level of fitness, everyone was so nice, they encouraged me, and told me what a great job I did. I could not wait to sign up, and did so the next day! I have made lifelong friendships here, and have come to love the people so much. Coach Josh and his staff are second to none, and I am truly thankful to be a part of such an awesome community!

Experiencia fantástica: CrossFit 904 is my new home. I have never done CrossFit before or have I ever done any organized class structure before. I have been welcomed with open arms and even though I am a beginner, the coaches, especially Mike and Erin, have worked with me and made me feel like I have been there for years. The other members have also welcomed me to the CF904 family and I feel like this will be the best thing for not only my physical health, but also my mental help. All of their coaches are fantastic, they’re knowledgeable, patient & is always offering advice on how to improve. This will definitely be a gym that I stick around with for awhile.

We had a great time and the WODs crushed us. My back is still cranky from almost 60 deadlifts in that last one. Thanks again.

Experiencia fantástica: Update!! It has been about 6 months since I wrote my previous review. I am happy to say that I am not only still going, but I've been going 5 to 6 days a week. This gym being great for beginners and vets stands true to this day. I have improved drastically, and can't get enough!! Great place. Super friendly group. I'm brand new to crossfit, so I was a little nervous starting, knowing I would need a lot of education about the workouts.(I had previously done Muay Thai in a similar gym setting). But Ashleigh and her staff have it covered. From scaling workouts for beginners, to having a designated weight lifting specialist to train you on proper form. I will say the reception was a lot more inviting then when I did Muay Thai, and they are super welcoming to newbies. Hopefully I'll see some of ya'll there!

Experiencia fantástica: Positive: Quality Crossfit904 was the first crossfit gym I had ever gone to and from day one I felt welcomed and immediately part of the gym family. It never matters how bad of a day I have I always leave 904 smiling, it’s amazing what a good workout and good people can do.

Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I were on vacation during the last open WOD. When he contacted CF 904 to see if we could drop in to complete it, they were very welcoming and accommodating. The facility was super clean and well maintained, and the members and coaches were helpful and encouraging. If we're ever back in Jacksonville we'll definitely be back to CF 904.

All of the members are always very welcoming, making it really comfortable to interact. I’ve never had a bad day here at CF904.

Experiencia fantástica: I joined Crossfit 904 in July 2017 despite everyone around me saying that it was too dangerous. The only injury so far is to the barbells I've been bending! Kidding. Not kidding. Josh and the other coaches at CF 904 are very well-educated and focused on the proper form for injury prevention and maximizing the correct technique to maximize the benefit of each exercise movement. I'm 42 years old and feel like I'm in better shape now than at 22. I highly recommend Crossfit 904!

Experiencia fantástica: crossfitting since 2009; been two other boxes and experienced eight coaches, coach josh has been the best I've encountered. there's a definite difference because he explains movements in an easy to understand method. I really feel he does his research or preparation and continues to search for more information. the community of people is awesome and I totally dig the music selection.
