Experiencia fantástica: I LOVE this place. Where to begin? I'm a physical therapist and injured myself during covid. I wanted to find a small gym to exercise and rehab my back without worrying as much about crowding. I'm so glad I found this place! The trainers really know what they are doing and are all great in their own way. It feels like a big family. The front desk dude robert is always kind and I randomly see him doing pushups on a break. I've worked with 3 trainers so far and they are wonderful. Shannon's workouts are innovative and she truly understands kinesiology and how to make your body balanced so it functions and feels better. She helped me rehab my back and be able to exercise again. Keep in mind, I rehab people for a living and still learn a great deal from her when it comes to returning to athletic performance. She knows her stuff. Ron is an endurance athlete and has a ton of knowledge about training for endurance sports. He is definitely the person I will go to when I train for a triathlon in the future. Fransisco is super human. Seriously. He goes above and beyond anyone I've ever met when it comes to motivating his clients. He loves high intensity workouts and I know that when I workout with him, I'll somehow be able to do something I didn't know I could and leave smiling. When I first started working out here, my injury prevented me from walking around my neighborhood. Now, I'm getting very strong and dare I say, my butt looks fantastic. Keep up the great work guys. You all have brought so many wonderful memories to me during this stressful time.

Experiencia fantástica: The facility is great! Lots of equipment & options. The trainers and clients are all nice people, warm & friendly. Love being able to easily make trainer appts around my schedule and know that the hour I’m there will be worth my time & money.
