Experiencia fantástica: I was super nervous joining a CrossFit class but the coaches and members welcomed me with open arms and I absolutely love going. I never saw results from a workout until I started with them and quickly saw results with in the first month. I have been a member since Feb and I’ll recommend them to anyone. My favorite things about this gym are no clicks, everyone motivates one another and they work to mold any work out to what best fits you. If you want a great and fun work out I highly recommend Hew you won’t regret it!

You work hard but it's so worth it. The Coaches are the best, hands down. They are truly experts on Crossfit. They are caring, attentive and motivating, taking the time before each session to demonstrate each exercise and modifications. I've changed the way I eat and the way I treat my body,that alone is worth it. HEW=an investment in yourself that you won't regret.

Experiencia fantástica: My first encounter with HEW was with a Groupon deal. I tried out the 5 week boot camp and loved the atmosphere. The coaches were very helpful and everyone was very welcoming. The thing I love most about HEW was that I worked at my own pace until I was able to gain strength and endurance. Also you have everyone encouraging you and giving you support. HEW is a great place to workout at and you will see results if you put that work in.

Experiencia fantástica: I came to HEW a year ago for their boot camp. I work out at the gym and run a lot but most of the time alone. I wasn't sure how I was going to feel about working in a group setting but I was bored and looking for something a little more motivating. I took their first class which was free and signed up that day. I have learned so much about fitness and what my body can do with hard work and effort. The family atmosphere they foster at HEW is amazing. From the minute you walk in the door you feel a part of things. This place is not just a gym. It is my home away from home.

Experiencia fantástica: I stated at HEW San Marco a little over a year ago. I signed up for the 5 week boot camp to kick start my fitness. At that point in my life, I had never lifted a weight. EVER. In fact, the idea of lifting scared me. But then I went to my first class and everyone was so nice and helpful. The coaches showed me how to preform proper lifting and exercise techniques. All of the movements had modifications that were less intimidating. The coaches ask you what your goals are and help you to achieve those goals. It was more then just a "gym", it was a community, a family who genuinely wants you to succeed. After the 5 weeks I was sold. I signed up for a membership and I haven't regretted it! I can now do pull ups, push ups, lift weights, and so much more! I love the coaches, I love the gym, and I love the members. Being a Veteran, I appreciate the intense group workouts and the expectation of the coaches to push beyond your own percieved limits. To become the best you, you can be. They remind me daily that its a journey to get physically fit and that everday I gain endurance and strength. I have lost 20lbs, I can run distances that were unheard of for me in the past, and I lift more than I ever have. My kegger is beginning to look more and more like a 6 pack every week. HEW has allowed me to make working out not just a fad but a lifestyle that I am dedicated to.

My oldest son got married in July and that gave me plenty of time to get in shape and look better. And I did it. And if this - ahem- mature, out of shape, non athletic woman can do it and learn to love it, anyone can. There are still things I cannot do and may never be able to accomplish but I have progressed and I am thrilled. Everyone is wonderful and doing a workout with a group can be inspiring. Experiencia fantástica: Before starting at HEW the only exercise I'd ever done on a regular basis was distance running. I have been at HEW for over a year now and I LOVE it. Every day is different, and the coaches tailor exercise to the ability of the individual. Can't recommend highly enough.

I thought I wouldn't be able to keep up but I was wrong. Everyone is so positive and encouraging. If I can't do something, the coaches show me a way to modify. Within the first couple of weeks, I was already doing things I couldn't do on my first day. Im losing weight, building muscle, and gaining endurance. Thank you, HEW!!!

Then after the first week, I felt as though my family had just grown, and my muscles! HEW gave me a family and knowledge of the gym and showed me my true passion for working out. The class setting is perfect to me and everyone is so helpful and sweet! I have made many friends there and am still close to all of them. It was also incredible how much my body changed even after a short amount of time and how strong I got! They pushed me to get better everyday and every gym needs that. I have been there about 5 months and the gains in strength are only outnumbered by the loss in inches. Their system works if you follow it. I am doing things now in my 50's that I couldn't do when I was 30. Mark, Liz, Sunni, Dean , Katie and now Leah provide the motivation and the education. All I have to do is work hard and the results come. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking to get faster, stronger and leaner.
