It has a cardio room with plenty of machines, free weights area, weight machine area, cardio classes, spin classes, pool, sauna, steamroom it's awesome! I love this gym! Never join a different one.

Experiencia fantástica: Brand new equipment, aways clean. Just wished they would enforce people to not slam weights, scream to motivate theirselves, and to let people work in between sets. I know people have been upset because of the religious ownership of the building but as far as the facility. It's nice and kept up. The staff is very nice and always polite.
